CAGOULARD SECRET CODE DECIPHERED BY POLICE United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received November 29, 8.55 p.m.) LONDON, November 29. The Paris correspondent of “The Daily Telegraph” says: The police announce that as a result of a week’s work they have deciphered Cagoulard’s secret code, giving a complete list of Its leaders and members. Sixty houses in Dieppe were searched over the weekend. No discoveries were made but further arms were found in Normandy and Le Havre. Twenty-seven have been arrested including Pierre Longuonne, editor-in-chief o f the Due de Guise’s periodical “Le Courrier Royale.”
