AMERICAN STARS IN AUSTRALIA United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received November 29, 9.55 p.m.) SYDNEY, November 29. The visiting American tennis players Donald Burge and Jean Mako, who arrived by the Monterey to-day, said they were looking forward to playing on Australian courts under Australian conditions. Both said they were prepared to play more matches than the Itinerary provided, as it was lighter than they had expected. Budge was surprised that there was some doubt about the Australians participating in next Davis Cup matches. He said he regarded the Australians as their most dangerous rivals, and it would be a pity If they did not challenge.
