BENEFIT BY FRAUD
RESTITUTION ORDERED By Telegraph—Press Association GREYMOUTH, November 29. At the Magistrate’s Court William McNeill was fined £1 and ordered to make restitution of £l2/8/5, excess received from the Employment Promotion Fund by means of false declarations regarding a dependent. The defendant declared that he was maintaining a daughter, who was working elsewhere for £1 a week.
