strengthened by the former Australian, Dave Brown, won after a rough game. The Australians were awarded five penalties to Warrington’s one in the first ten minutes. McKinnon and Reardon scored tries in the first half for the Australians, who did not score again. Warrington’s scorers were Davies, Cueto and Shankland. The latter kicked a goal. Warrington excelled in all departments of the game.
