NEW FORM OF CHRISTMAS GIFTS British Official Wireless (Received November 28, 6.30 p.m. RUGBY, November 27. The British railways have adopted a scheme by which the public can give railway travel as Christmas presents to relatives or friends. Persons inviting friends for Christmas or New Year can enclose with the invitation special railway tickets for the Journey, issued by companies, or tickets can be inserted into slots provided in a special greeting card which the companies are producing.
