WAR DEBTS
FINAL SETTLEMENT DESIRED United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph —Copyright LONDON, November 25. The “Daily Mail” reports that the question of war debts will shortly be included in the Anglo-American discussions. Meanwhile Great Britain will send the usual half-yearly note on December 15, making no payment, but renewing the offer of a discussion of the whole problem. Government supporters feel that there should be a final settlement.
