HAILE SELASSIE PLEADS EXEMPTION United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, November 24. Haile Selassie's solicitors accepted M. Chertok’s writ, but immediately gave notice of their intention to apply to the Court to have it set aside on the ground that Haile Selassie is still a sovereign, and therefore exempt from proceedings.
