TIMARU MOTORIST KILLED
TRAGEDY AT DUNEDIN special to ‘‘The Timaru Herald." DUNEDIN, November 25. Just after midnight Mr Joseph Reginald Wilson, a commercial traveller, who resided at Timaru, received fatal injuries when the car he was driving struck the end pillar of the safety zone on the Rattray Street side of the Triangle. Mr Wilson was alive when extricated from the debris of the car, but died in the ambulance when being conveyed to the hospital. The City Fire Brigade had to be summoned to extinguish a fire which broke out in the car after the accident.
