Lot 4 D.P. 1490 Latter Street adjoining the Municipal Buildings for the sum of £1075 for the purpose of a site for a Town Hall. It is proposed that £lOO shall be paid on the Ist April 1938, £lOO on Ist April 1939 and the balance of the purchase money on the Ist April, 1940 when possession will be obtained. The vendor, however, to be given the option to postpone the date for final payment and possession for a further two years.
