DECREE GRANTED
SEPARATION THE GROUND By Telegraph—Press Association AUCKLAND, November 24. A decree nisi, to be made absolute after three months, was granted Emily Dorothy Greville, in an application against Morlce Greville, medical practitioner, Dargavllle, before Mr Justice Fair, in the Supreme Court to-day, on the ground of separation by deed of agreement, made in 1930. The petitioner said she was married in 1923. Since the separation she had resided In Auckland. Tire petitioner was given the interim custody of the children. Respondent was ordered to pay costs on the lowest scale.
