NEW WORLD RECORD MADE United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received November 23, 6.30 p.m.) BORDEAUX, November 22. The amateur cyclist, Blanc, established a world record for forty miles covering the distance in 1 hour 34 minutes 42 seconds, also sixty miles in 2 hours 28 minutes 11 1-5 seconds.
