JUBILATION.— Japanese soldiers on the fusclage of a Chinese aeroplane that then had shot down on October 14 the vicinity of Shanghai. Recent reports indicate that the Chinese Air Force has ceased to exist as an effective lighting unit, thus allowing the Japanese aviators almost unrestricted action.
