THE LAWS OF "BOWLS” Size and Bias In th« case of a tournament, the “bowl” or “bowls" objected to by an opponent shall, at the conclusion of the game, be taken possession of by the Secretary of the tournament, wnc shall have the same forthwith “tested” by two of the umpires of the tournament. It they cannot ag.ee, they shall call in another of the umpires, who must be a neutral person, to determine whether the objection is "frivolous"; but if there be reasonable ground for doubt, the "bowl” or “bowls” shall at once be sent to one of the officers of the Association, to be tested by him.
