The Rome correspondent of “The Times” says: “Despatches from Addis Ababa state that Marshal Graziani (Viceroy of Abyssinia) owing to scarcity of supplies has ordered all farmers, whether Italians or Abyssinians, to sell their entire crops to the Government. The Abyssinians dislike paper currency and have been hoarding their produce.
