The Berlin correspondent of “The Times" says that in spite of assurances by Herr Hitler and Signor Mussolini that they do not intend to propagate Nazism and Fascism in other countri's, Herr Resenberg in a speech declared: “Oiir duty is to restore self-conscious-ness not onlv to Germany but throughout Europe. We are seeking a form of grouping of Europe’s creative energies in a single unit, warding off antiEuropan instincts and fighting those who are regarding Asia as the origin of European culture.”
