BRITAIN ENTERS CHALLENGE United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON. October 5. The Lawn Tennis Association decided to challenge the United States for the Davis Cup in 1938. Britain will compete in the European zone. A challenge is also being issued for a Wrightman Cup match in England.
