* TO-DAY’S RECIPE * * SAUSAGE MOULD 5 * Soak 2 tablespoons gelatine in * a very little water. Boil 4 or * * more sausages, skin, slice and put * into a mould with 3 hard boiled J; eggs (sliced). Stew half a pound J of gravy beef with 3 tomatoes, 1 * onion and 1 quart of water for * 1 hour. Strain, add pepper and X salt to taste, also dissolved gela- J tine. Pour over sausages and leave to set. Serve with salad. |
