LOSS OF SEAPLANE
WRECKAGE FOUND IN DEEP WATER united Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright MELBOURNE, August 24. The seaplane in which Yde and Houston lost their lives on July 28, was discovered lying in 30 feet of water two miles from Point Cook. When raised there was no trace of the body of Yde. The wreckage showed that the plane nose-dived with terrific force. The engine was driven into the front cockpit, where Yde was sitting.
