NOTABLE AIRMAN INTERESTED United Press Association—Bv Electric Telegraph rnnwiaht SYDNEY, July 17. Sir Keith Smith and Captain P. G. Taylor will be the envoys of Australia in round-the-world flights, which will be held in conjunction with the 150th anniversary celebrations. They will travel separately by established air routes. Leaving Sydney on February 12, they will cross the world in opposite directions.
