FORTY SOLDIERS KILLED United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Convrieht SHANGHAI, July 18. Seventy workmen and 40 soldiers were killed, and 300 Injured in an explosion in a gunpowder factory at Kiangpei, in the Szechuan province.
