REPRESSION ALLEGED By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, July 17. A statement that the only method of communicating wtih the Confessional Church in Germany was through the secret service, was made at the Wellington Diocesan Synod, by the president, Bishop St. Barbe Holland. The Synod decided to send a message of sympathy to the Confessional Churches of Germany in the trying experiences through which they were passing. Bishop Holland said he knew an agent in England who was in touch with the German churches.
