JURY DISAGREES
ALLEGED THEFT OF CATTLE By Telegraph—Presi Association BLENHEIM, July 17. After a retirement of over four hours the jury disagreed and Mr Justice Myers ordered a .new trial of Leonard Alma Turner, stock-dealer, Pelorus Valley, on a charge of the theft of three head of cattle. Although offered a new trial during the Nelson sessions next week, the accused elected to wait four months till the next Blenheim sessions. Bail of £lOO was granted.
