Ashburton 9.5, Orari 9.55, Temuka 10.9, arriving Timaru Racecourse 10.33 a.m. The 8.35 a.m. Christchurch-Inver-cargill express train will stop at Washdyke to set down. Return special passenger train leaves Timaru at 4.40 p.m., Washdyke 4.56 p.m. (connects with 4.45 p.m. Race-course-Timaru train), Ashburton 6.25 p.m. and arrives Christchurch 8.4 p.m. Stops at Washdyke to pick up and at Temuka, Orari and Hinds to set down. Usual 4.44 p.m. train leaves Timaru 5.30 p.m., arriving Oamaru 7.25 p.m. (connects at Studholme with motor for Waimate). The morning Tlmaru-Oamaru train will run EARLIER from Studholme leaving there at 8.50 a.m., Morven 9.8 a.m., thence as usual. Usual 4.15 p.m. train leaves Oamaru 4.55 p.m., arriving Timaru 7.50 p.m. SPECIAL EXCURSION FARES TO TIMARU: Special excursion tickets will be issued to Timaru from Fairlie-Waimate-Oamaru and intermediate stations on direct line of route by trains arriving Timaru up to 10.47 a.m. on 24th July, available for return up to and including Monday. July 26. Also special fare (rail only) to Timaru Racecourse by 6.50 a.m. special from Christchurch as follows: Available to Racecourse and back via Washdyke direct on day of issue from Hinds 6/10 and 4/8; Orari 3/11 and 2/6; Temuka 2/9 and 1/9.
