PLANS OF NEW SOCIAL PARTY United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph- Cop-right PARIS, July 14. Colonel de la Rocque who has acquired “The Petit Journal,” reported that the price was £70,000. He states in the first issue under his control that the membership of the social party now totals 3.000,000 and declares that the foremost object of the party is to rid France of communism, which object is being achieved.
