SUPREME COURT
TIMARU SESSIO? The quarterly session of the Supreme Court will open in Timaru on Tuesday next before his Honour Mr Justice Northcroft. The calendar is a very light one, there being only one case for trial. The list is:— Criminal (Before Judge and Jury) Rex v. Thomas Hunter Dowie. alleged negligent driving of motor car causing death. For Sentence Rex. v. Gustav Henry Elgin, incest. Conjugal Rights Robert Baird v. Florence Irene Baird restitution of conjugal rights (undefended) .
