Mr R. R- Beauchamp, who has been sheep farming in New Zealand, has been appointed to the position of principal of the new Fairbridge Farm School, Molong, New South Wales. The selection was made from 50 candidates drawn from England, New Zealand, and Australia. Mr Beauchamp, who has been conducting a sheep run in the Dominion, has carried out in England, Canada, and Western Australia important duties cdhnected with the work of the Fairbridge Farm Schools. For 15 years he was in the Royal Navy, and served at the Battle of Jutland during the Great War and afterward with the China Squadron. Mr Beauchamp will take up his duties at the Molong Farm School in November, and the first group of children will arrive to December. The school, which is now under construction, will be extended until at the end of a little more than two years it will reach its full capacity.
