ARE GIRLS SUFFICIENTLY CLOTHED? Modem ideas of dress are all right when the weather plays its part. For instance, on a recent bright and comparatively warm day, a party of girls went riding, the clipped and groomed horses and smart riders presenting a very pretty picture.
