ENJOYABLE DANCE
I The quarterly dance in aid of the Church of the Immaculate Conception was held in the Geraldine Town Hall on Wednesday evening. The stage was prettily decorated with greenery and j bowls of lemon and white chrysanthemums. Mr Alt Earl was M.C. and I extras were played by Messrs T. Mayne | and W. Horgan (Temuka). Novelty dances were won as follow.—Lucky spot | fox trot, Miss M. Lysaght and Mr D. ; Williams; miniature Monte Carlo, Miss I G. Brenton and Mr C. Wilson; lucky chain waltz, Miss Storey and Mr J. Gregan; Monte Carlo waltz, Mrs W. J. Harris and Mr J. Lysaght.
