DANCE AT SOUTHBURN
The Southburn Basketball Club held a most enjoyable dance in Mr Murray's granary. Novelty dances and a cake competition were enjoyed by all the winners being.--Monte Carlo, Miss R. Hoare and Mr J. Murray; lucky number, Mrs C. Ward and Mr E. Parry; cake, Miss Dorothy Bell. Music was supplied by a Timaru orchestra and Mr G. Hoare acted as M.C.
