BAER’S ALLEGED FAILURE TO KEEP A CONTRACT United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received March 17, 11.15 p.m.) NEW YORK, March 17 The State Athletic Commission has been notified by the British Boxing Board that photostatic copies of the Madison Square Garden contract with Max Baer will be necessary before the Board will investigate the Commission’s complain in regard to Baer's failure to meet Pastor.
