OUTLINE OF CIVIL ESTIMATES British Official Wireless (Received March 17, 5.5 p.m.) RUGBY, March 16. The Civil Estimates, dealing with the Foreign Office, Colonial Office, Dominions Office and other foreign and Imperial services total £8,988,449 for the Coming year, compared with £9,506,268, a decrease of £517,819. Latest Treasury Returns The Treasury returns for the past week show a total ordinary revenue for the financial year, which ends on March 31, amounted, on March 13 to £745,397,079. At the corresponding date last year, the total was £709,719,376. The total ordinary expenditure for the year, to the same date, amounts to £755,953,138, against £710,063,292 at the corresponding date last year.
