RESIGNATION OF COPTIC ABBOT United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright CAIRO, March 16. The Patriarch has accepted the resignation c* Abbot Sldarous, the dispute with whom caused the strike of Coptic monks. Abbot Sidarous, in a letter, says: "The life of a monk must be founded on peace and love. "My brethren do not want me. They have many evil intentions, which I am unable to combat.”
