MAN MISSING
-WORRIED OVER LITIGATION By Telegraph—Press Association NAPIER, March 10 A watersider, Regalado Rells, who was recently successful in a Supreme Court claim for damages for injuries, has been missing from his home since Monday. It was presumed that he had gone to Wellington, but inquiries there were unsuccessful. He left his home without leaving a message for the family. Rells was said to have been worried over the litigation as the judge reserved his decision after an appeal had been lodged by the defendants, the New Zealand Shipping Company.
