MR RAMSAY MACDONALD MAY RETIRE United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph - Copyright LONDON, March 9. Mr Ramsay Macdonald is expected to accompany Mr Baldwin into retirement, raising the awkward question of the status of Mr Malcolm Macdonald, who will then be a Cabinet Minister representing a party with a membership in the House of Commons of five, in addition to himself. Mr Ramsay Macdonald may elect to remain in the House of Commons as an “Elder Statesman,” a role to which he is partial.
