ORARI BRIDGE-

MOTOR ACCIDENT —1 The Orari bridge was again the scene of a motor accident. On Sunday morning a party travelling from Christchurch to Timaru failed to negotiate the sharp comer which leads on to the bridge with a result that the car skidded on the loose shingle and overturned. Fortunately the three passengers, except for a few scratches, were unhurt. The car which was practically a new one was extensively damaged, necessitating its being towed to Geraldine for repairs.
