RUNAWAY ENGINE
TWO KILLED AND SIX INJURED. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright ROME, March 3. Two were killed and six injured when a runaway engine collided with a train near Udine. The brakes failed, and seeing that a collision was inevitable, the driver seized the fireman and threw him out in the hope of saving his life. Both were injured. The driver and guard of the train were killed.
