PUBLIC NOTICES DISTRICT NURSE TESTIMONIAL SISTER ADAMS AND THE CORONATION A s CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMITTEE appointed on Friday to arrange for a Presentation to SISTER ADAMS, DISTRICT NURSE, on the occasion of her coming departure for London to represent the South Island Nurses at the King’s Coronation, I desire to appeal to the citizens of Timaru and South Canterbury to forward their contributions to the offices of “The Timaru Herald,” “The Timaru Post,” the Borough Council or Messrs Mason and Sinclair-Thomson, as early as possible, as with the short time available it is necessary that the fund should close to-day at noon, the presentation to take place this evening. The cause is a worthy one; the services which the Nurse has rendered are known to all, and are greatly appreciated.
