INTERPRETATION OF ELECTION RESULTS United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received March 4, 12,5 a.m.) LONDON, March 3 Jawaharlal Nehru, the Congress leader, in a cable message to “The Daily Herald,” says: “The striking success of Congress in the provincial elections demonstrates that the people emphatically support our objectives, namely Indian interpendence, the rejection of the new Constitution and the summoning of an elected constituent assembly to frame our own Constitution. We will continue working for that end, both inside and outide the Legislatures.”
