PORT OF TIMARL) LATEST ADVICES The port presented a deserted appearance yesterday, there being no arrivals or departures. To-day the Port Waikato is due from the south for Wellington, Tauranga, Auckland, and Whangarei loading. This afternoon the Wainui is expected from Dunedin and Oamaru to pick up cargo for Wellington, Napier and Gisborne, via Lyttelton. The Breeze should be here on Saturday to load for Wellington, Picton, and Wanganui, via Lyttelton. The Wingatui is set down to arrive on Monday next from Dunedin and Oamaru to load for Wellington and Auckland, via Lyttelton. NEW ZEALAND FORTS By Telegraph—Press Association AUCKLAND, March 3.
