RIOT IN HOSPITAL
WOMEN PATIENTS CREATE DISTURBANCE United Press Association—By Tel egraph —Copyrigb * (Received December 27, 6.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, December 26. A riot occurred among forty women patients in the psychopathic ward of Bellevue hospital. For an unexplained cause, they tore the furniture and bedclothes to shreds, bit a nurse and a policeman. The hospital’s chief psychiatrist quelled the patients.
