RAYNER BEATEN ON POINTS
By Telecranb—Press Association HASTINGS, November 27. In one of the best fights seen here for some years, Al Stock (Hawke’s Bay) 9.12 outpointed Clarrie Rayner Blenheim) 9.3 in 15 rounds. In the early part Stock was in the ascendancy. Rayner, who appeared to be holding something in reserve, later outboxed his man, but in a thrilling finish Stock snatched victory in the last round.
