IMROVING MARKET IN LONDON United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received November 26, 6.30 pm.) LONDON, November 25. At the wool sales, 8045 bales were offered, including 3334 from New Zealand. A total of 7736 bales were sold. There was a very good selection, -.nd active general buying at strong rates, which frequently were 5 per cent above recent levels.
New Zealand lots sold as follows: Slipe half-bred lamb, Kaiapoi, top price 221 d, average 19 7-Bd.
