BOY’S DEATH
FINDING AT INQUIRY r>V Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, September 28. At the inquest on John Rylands Yorston, aged 10, the finding of the Coroner, Mr E. Gilbertson, was that death was due to a fracture of the skull received when he fell accidentally on a concrete step in the Botanical Gardens.
The evidence showed that the boy was hastening by a short cut to Join his parents, and fell over a ten foot bank.
Mr Gilbertson said no blame was attachable to the Gardens people or the City Council.
