EUCHRE PARTY There was a good attendance at the weekly euchre held in aid of Pareora West School funds. The prizes were won by: Women, Mrs N. Jackson 1, Mrs Rapsey 2. Men, Mr T. Hughes 1, Mr A. Godwin 2. MINIATURE RIFLE CLUB At the weekly shoot of the Otipua Rifle Club N. Jackson and B. Watson tie.) for the button. A trophy donated by Mr D. Fraser (for the best shot Without use of sling) was won by J. Tacon, with H. Arden 2 (self handicap). B. Watson was the winner of a trophy given by Mr W. Davidson (for the best left-shouldei- shot). A club trophy was won by W. Wallace. The following were the evening's best scores:—N. Nackson 77, B. Watson 77, J. Brehaut 76, E. Evans 76, R. Thompson 76, J. Hill 75, E. Hampton 75, W. Wallace 74. H. Arden 73, A. Tate 73, R. Jackson 72, L. Jackson 72, R. Bennett 72, L. Quigley 70.
