INSTRUCTIONAL WORK AT RONGOTAI AERODROME.-In order to improve Wellington’s airport at Hongotai, the top of a 101 l on the 'oulsl.irts „/ the'L.n.lin field ts being removed. From the air the extent of the excavation of Moa Point Hill is clearly visible. The spoil has been shot down to the road below and used in levelling the extended aerodrome area. If the work is proceeded with the remaining spoil will be used as filling for a reclamation at the eastern end of the bay.
