REFORM OF LEAGUE
RECOMMENDATION OF NEW ZEALAND United Press Association—By Electric - Copyright GENEVA. September 1. The League of Nations has received only five replies to the question of now to reform the League. The most interesting and detailed was New Zealand’s, favouring an international force controlled by the League and a plebiscite among peoples of member States, whether they were prepared automatically to enforce Article XVI., and whether, in such event, their armed forces would automatically be available for such purpose.
