VIEWS OF TREATY OF ALLIANCE British Official Wireless RUGBY, September 1. Before leaving London with the remaining members of the Egyptian delegation, Nahas Pasha made a statement on the Anglo-Egyptian Treaty, which he said, he was convinced would be of the greatest benefit to the peoples of both countries. The alliance had moral, social and economic importance for the British and Egyptians. Nahas Pasha expressed the thanks of the delegation for the welcome accorded them in England.
