PORT OF TIMARU LATEST ADVICES The Port Waikato arrived from Dunedin yesterday morning to load for Wellington, Tauranga, Auckland and Whangarei. She was despatched in the evening for Lyttelton. The only other arrival was the Wainul, which called from Dunedin and Oamaru. After taking Wellington. Napier and Gisborne cargo she sailed for Lyttelton. The Shaw, Savill and Albion vessel Zealandic, which was loading at No. 1 wharf for Home, sailed last night for Port Chalmers. The Karu should be here to-morrow to lift Wellington, Nelson and New Plymouth cargo. She is due from Oamaru, and is to sail the same night for Lyttelton. The Wingatui should be here from Oamaru to-morrow to load for Auckland only. She is to proceed via Lyttelton that night. lonic Resuming After being laid up in England since March, the Shaw, Savill and Albion liner lonic is scheduled to leave Southampton to-morrow for Wellington and Auckland. She is due at Wellington on October 13. Awatea’s Itinerary The Union Company’s new intercolonial liner Awatea is scheduled to reach Wellington from Grasgow today. After refitting the vessel will leave Wellington at 11 p.m. on September 15 for Auckland, where she is due on September 17. She is to leave Auckland for Sydney at 5 p.m. on September 18. Tokyo Maru’s Itinerary The Osaka Shosen Kaisha’s motor vessel, Tokyo Maru, which is due to sail from Kobe to-day for New Zealand via Australia, will now call at New Zealand ports in the reverse order to that previously announced. She is due at Auckland on October 2, Wellington on October 5, Lyttelton, October 7. and Dunedin, October 8. She will thence proceed to Japan via Australia.
