NORWAY’S REPLY TO SOVIET United Press Association—Bv Electric Telegraph - Convright OSLO, August 30. The majority of Cabinet Ministers are holidaying, but the Foreign Minister (M. Koht) declares regarding M. Trotsky, that the “present Government of Norway will maintain the principle of asylum. We will not let ourselves be subdued in such matters by anyone.”
