MAGISTRATE’S ADVICE TO TALKER United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, August 31. Giving evidence against Anthony William Hall, for alleged breaches of the Hyde Park regulations, the police said that Hall, addressing a crowd of 100, claimed that he was the rightful King of England, and a direct descend - ent of Henry VII. The Magistrate, dismissing Hall, told him to learn the Park regulations.
